The breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of items. It was a highlight.
My room seemed to have some maintenance issues. A noticeable musty smell permeated the space and the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the humidity. This made it uncomfortable, especially at night.

I found the staff friendly and helpful . the breakfast had many choices available each morning. the free shuttle service to a drop-off point nearby was useful. Grab and gojek pick-ups were easy from there.

the breakfast offered many choices with live cooking stations. I particularly loved the egg benedict. the hotel provides a free daily shuttle to both seminyak and kuta, i found it very convenient. the smart tv in my room was a nice touch, i enjoyed having access to high-speed wi-fi.
the gym could benefit from having a few more weight machines.

the restaurant staff were amazingly attentive. marthin and yuli at reception offered excellent kindness and helpfulness, always with genuine smiles. i felt very welcome and cared for .
